Gene Expression Collection -

This course will cover the analysis of gene expression data in SciTegic Pipeline Pilot from data import, to normalization, summarization, handling missing data, annotation, selection filters, property calculators, manipulating microarray values, clustering, and reporting. We will examine how the gene expression experiment is modeled in the collection and create realistic workflows that leverage other collections such as Text Analytics, Sequence Analysis, R-Stats, and Chemistry.
