This course is available on-site as a 1 day class.
On completion of the workshop the user will have covered:
- Indexing (including the X-cell method)
- Space group determination
- Structure solution (global optimisation, Monte Carlo Method)
- Adding chemical information
- Structure Refinement (Rietveld, DFT calc, Pareto)
- Powder Quantitative Phase Analysis to determine the relative amounts of different phases in a mixture from a powder diffraction pattern of a mixture
