Overview - Introduction to Discovery Studio Training
The course will provide an overview of Discovery Studio and is a pre-requisite for all other Discovery Studio training workshops.
On completion of the workshop the user will have covered:
- The Discovery Studio graphical interface.
- The menu organization
- Explorer use and organization
- Rearranging windows and panels
- Use of the tools for specific tasks and protocols
- Building and editing molecules in Discovery Studio
- Visualizing structures using the 3D Window, Hierarchy and Data Tables.
- Analyzing data using the Table Browser.
- Displaying graphical representation of data using the Charts menu.
- Mouse functions and short-cut keys.
- Use the Help menu
